This is a one (1) hour block of time for a developer to troubleshoot general website problems such as improperly working code, page layout problems, etc. Actually fixing the problem may take longer than one hour, but in many cases problems can be identified and corrected in this amount of time. An estimate of additional time required to fix a problem will be supplied to you after a developer is able to diagnose it.
