Featured Categories and Products

The home page template includes featured categories and products in a column display. This is a sure fire way to fill up your home page and offer lots of links for your shopper. The features are easily managed with a checkbox in your ProStores Administration.

Site wide Formatted Text

By using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) we are able to format all the text globally. This means if you decide you prefer Geneva instead of Arial - it can be changed in one CSS document and the entire site will update.

Navigation Elements

Both the "Shop by Category" and "Shop by Brand" navigation are created with dynamic SSML code so it changes with you. As you manage your categories and products in the store administration, the navigation display updates automatically. Nice, eh?

Product Detail

Designed for a left justified photo image at 355px wide. Also includes tags to display SKU, Brand, Retail price (if store is Advanced) even related items. For Business level stores, the related items area changes to "Recently Viewed" items - very handy.

Product List

Includes code to display Category images and descriptions as well as the product column display of your choice - 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. Also has multiple page result navigation for per page.

Breadcrumbs

Quickly becoming a user interface convention - a breadcrumb style navigation at the top of catalog pages is a must - The Master Template has them. When you use subcategories in your catalog, links automatically surface across the top of the product list page.

Cart

The cart template included with The Master Template has some nice little extras included as well. Like product names as links for easy navigation. Save cart and Load Cart function for logged in users.

Checkout

Includes the multipage checkout for ProStores, with extra bits added for usability along the way. Things like a lost password link on the Checkout page, a set of miniature credit card icons on the Billing page, and help information displayed to ease your shopper through the process.
